INSTRUCTIONS for applying the iron-on transfers to fabric

  1. You will need an iron and an ironing board.
  2. Please check that your fabric is heat-resistant, clean, smooth, and ironed!
  3. Position your textile on the ironing board and then place the iron-on transfer with the adhesive side down on the desired part of the textile.
  4. It is recommended to set the dry iron without steam to a temperature of 130ºC/270ºF to 150ºC/300ºF (cotton setting).
  5. Iron the label on firmly for a maximum of 8 to 12 seconds. Make sure to keep the iron steady!
  6. Allow the label and fabric to cool completely. This ideally takes one to two minutes. Cooling will help the label adhere securely to the fabric.
  7. Once the label has cooled, carefully peel off the backing film. If any part of the design remains attached, reapply the film and repeat steps 5 and 6.
  8. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing or moistening the iron-on transfer. This ensures that the adhesive has fully cured on the fabric.

TIP! This will keep your iron-on transfers looking great for years.

  • Turn inside out and wash on a gentle cycle at a temperature below 40 degrees.
  • Avoid using a tumble dryer and air dry the fabrics instead.
  • Do not iron directly on the print to avoid damage.
  • The labels should be protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Be aware of certain areas of the fabric that are subject to heavy wear and tear in everyday life, as these can be damaged more quickly.
